Ekwonna Emmanuel Chukwunomnso, a novelist and a poet from Nigeria. I am also the Founder/President of Emma Ekwonna Youth Empowerment Foundation {EEYEF}.

I have identified the problem of unemployment in Nigeria and Africa as a whole which has cause the rise of crimes like violence, thuggery, touting, prostitution, kidnapping/hostage-taking and other fraudulent activities, This has made me to think of the establishment of this foundation after prayers and direction from God to see a way to assist these group.

My motive for the establishment of this  foundation is to give hope to the hopeless by assisting women, youths and disabled persons to learn  any vocational job of their choice and on completion, we will empower the beneficiary with tools to establish on his/her own.

I have single handedly achieved this by training many women and youths and empowering them since the establishment of this foundation in 2007.

Though the rate of beneficiaries is low is due to my financial handicap. My major source of income is from the sale of my published Novel titled “THE UNKNOWN GOD”.
